Whether you shop at the store or you place an online order on our website we will treat you with the same care and respect. Your satisfaction is our top priority. OUR ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our policy by extending a full refund if we ship you the wrong style, color, or size. You may exchange your merchandise by simply filling in the Return Authorization (RA) below within 3 days of receiving your order for store or online credit. There is a shipping cost and a 15% Restocking Fee for all exchanges. The three day eligibility to request an exchange begins on the day that our shipping provider indicates the dress was delivered to you. We will go by what the provider indicates as the delivery date based on all items with tracking numbers.
To begin your return or exchange process please fill in the RA form below and we will contact you with in 24-48 hours during store hours.

As our collection keeps changing you may not necessarily find the whole designer collection available at our physical store. However, if you are looking for a particular dress, we can place a special order for that item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you received, our policy allows for a store item exchange. All return fees apply. In the case of a higher priced item you will be asked to settle the balance. A store credit is granted in the case of a lower priced item. All exchanges are final sale. All items purchased using store credit are final sale. We ask that all returns will be in a perfect condition with the original tags attached and packaging intact. We have the right to refuse any item(s) we feel do not meet these requirements. Please note that you can only exchange the item.
WEBSITE DELIVERY POLICY
Once you have placed an order with Signature Dresses through the website, you may not cancel your order unless the ordered item is no longer able to be delivered prior to your wear date. Products ordered and then refused by a customer at their address will incur an automatic 50% re-stocking fee in addition to the deduction of any applicable shipping charges incurred by Signature Dresses.
We realize that many girls know which dress they want to wear to their event and want to secure the most popular dress styles before they are sold out as many dresses sell out. Therefore we offer a Layaway plan that will allow you to secure your dream dress without having to come up with the entire price at that moment. Layaway plan includes:
1- Pay 50% of the item price as an initial deposit – NONREFUNDABLE, plus sales tax (IN DC) and any applicable shipping charges.
2- Pay two equal remaining payments of 25%, plus sales tax in the time span of two weeks.
THESE WILL BE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS WITH YOUR ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN FILE.
*Please note that the prices that you see on our website reflect the Designers’ Suggested Retail Price. The designers that we represent do not allow their collections to be displayed on a website for a lower price. We do everything we can to keep the prices on our website accurate and consistent with what the designer is charging for each style at the current time. However, it is possible that there may be a price on our website that is incorrect or that may have been changed by the designer without our knowledge.
*The prices in our store are not necessarily equal to the prices on our website. We accept online orders to give our customers the convenience of purchasing their dresses directly from our website without experiencing our outstanding customer service and our stylist tips at our physical store.
*During the Prom season we offer one hour appointment on Saturdays and Sundays. These appointments allow you to try on several styles. Our stylists and experienced staff will give you hands on, one on one attention to help you explore all your options. We always strive to provide the best customer service to our clients.
*For Prom, please be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21.
*Bridal and Bridesmaid appointments are only on Mondays during our high season.
*Store Credits expire within one year of the purchase.
*All International Orders Are Final Sale. Customers are responsible to pay for any taxes or custom duties payable in his/her own country. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for international orders as we have no control over international customs.
