All of our dresses are sized according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on ‘What’s my size?’ link next to the size option of your dress of choice.

WHAT IS A WEAR DATE?

Our goal is to make the online process as simple as possible to make sure you look and feel your best for your big event.
A “wear date” is one of the first questions we ask you to ensure we provide the best customer service. Your wear date is the actual date you will be wearing the dresses. We take pride in our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. A stated wear date is required for all purchases on Signature website. Under no circumstances will a return or exchange be accepted past the customer’s stated wear date. If you choose not to indicate your wear date, the return policy is no longer applicable to your order and it will be considered a final sale.

WHAT IS A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA#)?

  • Packages returned without an RA # will be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
  • Please have your RA # clearly printed on the outside of the box. All products must be in the condition you received them and items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the original product tags attached and garment bag intact to be accepted as a return. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving your (RA#). You may use the shipping carrier of your choice for your return. All returns must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent “signature required”.

PLEASE NOTE

  • We are not able to accept returns for undergarments or body shapers.
  • Processing time for Returns is 4-7 business days. Once processed, the exchange or store credit will be applied to your order.
  • Upon inspection, if it is determined that the item has been worn, altered, tampered with or damaged without prior notification, your return authorization will be voided and the item will be shipped back to you.
  • Due to the nature of our Bridesmaid Collections we cannot accommodate any request for exchanges or returns. These styles are specifically manufactured for your event. We recommend that you confirm the style, size, color and other specifications before submitting your order.
  • Our preferred method of payment is PayPal – we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and bank transfers
